Here is how a single round unfolds:
The round starts. A balloon appears on screen. You place your bet and hold the button. The balloon inflates and the multiplier climbs from 1.00x upward. At some cryptographically predetermined point, the balloon pops. If you released the button before that point, you receive your bet multiplied by whatever value was showing when you let go. If the balloon pops while you are still holding, you lose the stake.
That is it. The entire game loop.
What makes it feel different from, say, a slot spin is the duration. Each round stretches across several seconds of active tension. You are not waiting for reels to stop. You are actively deciding, moment by moment, whether to keep holding. The balloon is going up, the number is climbing, and every fraction of a second you stay in feels like a choice, even though the outcome was already sealed before the round started.
The Provably Fair implementation uses three variables:
- Server Seed - generated and hashed before the round, revealed after for verification
- Client Seed - provided or customisable by the player
- Nonce - an incrementing counter ensuring unique results per round
The system computes HMACSHA512(Server_Seed, Client_Seed + Nonce) to produce a 512-bit output, from which the crash point multiplier is extracted. Neither the server nor the player can manipulate the outcome, and every result can be independently verified post-round.
SmartSoft Balloon's RTP ranges from 95.5% to 98% depending on the operator's configuration. At 96% RTP (the most common setting), the house edge is 4%. For every $100 wagered over thousands of rounds, a player can expect to lose roughly $4 on average. That is a long-term mathematical expectation. Individual sessions will vary widely due to high volatility.
